At a gala ceremony in Munich, Cellfast received the iF Design Award, one of the most important industrial design awards in the world
We are pleased to announce that we once again had the pleasure of being at the centre of world design. On 10 March, the iF Design Award ceremony took place at the BMW Welt conference centre in Munich. Our ERGO™ axe line was recognised with this honourable award. The designers from the KABO&PYDO studio, who co-designed our new tools, received the awards. – The iF Design Award is one of the world’s most important recognitions for innovative product development and professional design. For us, this award is confirmation that the ERGO™ line of axes meets the highest demands, that they are attractive products for users. The experts who award the iF Design awards had to analyse around 5,500 different products during their deliberations. This number illustrates how difficult the choice was and what a great honour it is to be among the winners, says Katarzyna Borkowska, co-founder of KABO&PYDO design studio. – We hope that the iF logo will draw the attention of the audience and translate into their confidence in new products. This award will also contribute to building the reputation of the Cellfast brand as a reliable manufacturer for whom quality, design and meeting the needs of consumers come first, adds Rafał Słabik, Marketing and Sales Director at Cellfast.
